Is it claimed and complete? Are your name, area and opening hours consistent with your site?

3. The way to contact you

Can a new customer book, call or message you within a few seconds of arriving?

4. Local wording

Does the page say what you do and where, in the words people actually search?

5. Security and basics

Is the site served with the padlock (HTTPS), and are the basic page titles in place?
